*Shipment will be processed on every working day except (Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday).
*Transactions done before 4.00 pm will be shipped on the same day. All transactions done after 4.00pm will shipped on the next working day.
* Shipment: Express Courier - Peninsular Malaysia (3-5 working days), West Malaysia (5-7 working days)
* Shipment will be sent according to the latest address provided in your personal account in system REDLIFE.
*shipment ONLY will be sent to one (1) address, i.e address of the transaction bill. We will not separate goods and ship them to different addresses.
*Any changes on shipment address must be notified through customer services care line (+6012 611 7339) no later than 30 minutes after transaction. Required details including:
• Transaction ID
• Member ID
• New recipient’s detail (Name, Address & contact number)
* Delivery is carried out by third party courier companies. Therefore, we are not responsible for any items that are damaged during shipping, unless you opt for insurance.
